Sports-Related Concussions May Take Twice As Long to Recover From in Fanwood

Researchers followed 102 girls and 110 boys with first-time sport-related concussions in Fanwood and found that symptoms lasted an average of 28 days in the girls and 11 days in the boys.

Furthermore, the research team observed that concussion symptoms resolved within three weeks in 42% of the girls and 75% of the boys in the study.
