Can You Do 40 Push-Ups In A Row? Fanwood Chiropractor Explains Potential Risks If You Cannot

If you're a male in your forties and can't do 40 push-ups in a row, you may be at a greater risk of heart disease.

In this study, researchers tracked the heart health of over 1,100 male firefighters for a decade and discovered that those who could do more than 40 push-ups at a time had a 96% lower risk of heart attack, stroke and heart disease than participants who couldn't complete at least ten push-ups.
