Chiropractor Fanwood Explains Why Curcumin Is Good for Memory and Mood

Curcumin Good for Memory and Mood

Curcumin, a common Indian spice, may help improve memory and mood among those with mild, age-related memory loss.

In a study involving middle-aged and older adults with memory complaints, those who took 90 mg of curcumin twice per day experienced significant improvements in memory, mood, and attention.

Study author Dr. Gary Small writes, "These results suggest that taking this relatively safe form of curcumin could provide meaningful cognitive benefits over the years."
