Cervical Manipulation for Cervical Radiculopathy in Fanwood

Cervical Manipulation for Cervical Radiculopathy in Fanwood

A recent study set out to evaluate the effectiveness of cervical manipulation versus mechanical cervical traction in the management of cervical radiculopathy at Fanwood Back Relief Center in Fanwood - a condition described as pain, numbness, or weakness in the neck that goes down one or both arms.

In the study, patients received either six treatments of cervical manipulation or mechanical cervical traction over the course of two weeks.

The researchers found that those who received cervical manipulation experienced a greater improvement in self-rated disability at the end of treatment, an effect that persisted when researchers followed up with participants 26 weeks afterwards.

The results suggest that cervical manipulation in Fanwood could be a better option than traction for the treatment of cervical radiculopathy.
