Exercise and Stretching Helps Older Drivers Keep Driving

Exercise and Stretching Helps
Older Drivers Keep Driving

The AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety reports that increased fatigue and poor physical functioning are significant factors for limiting the ability of older adults to drive. However, representatives from the foundation note that engaging in regular exercise can help senior drivers stay safe on the road by maintaining their ability to observe and react to changing driving conditions.

Call Fanwood Back Relief Center in Fanwood today to schedule an appointment.
