Fanwood Chiropractor Explains How Back Pain Is a Common Problem for Hospital Staff

According to a new study that looked at employee absenteeism in a European hospital, musculoskeletal disorders are the main reason for sick leave among hospital staff.

In particular, the researchers found that low back pain in Fanwood was the predominate reason for absence from work among nurses, midwives, and other hospital employees between 20 to 45 years of age.

The study suggests that promoting measures to manage ergonomic risk factors that contribute to musculoskeletal disorders could help reduce health-related absenteeism in a hospital setting.
