Many people dismiss chiropractic as being something only for back pain, but chiropractic treatment can be used to treat a wide variety of physical issues, such as migraines and headaches, chronic pain, carpal tunnel, pain due to injury or muscle strain, and much more.

Chiropractor Fanwood & Scotch Plains Explains How Mild Scoliosis Responds to Chiropractic Care

Mild Scoliosis Responds to Chiropractic Care

In this case study, a twelve-year-old girl with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (a double-curve scoliosis that involved a 26° thoracic curve and a 23° lumbar curve) presented for chiropractic care.

Following a treatment plan that included chiropractic care three times a week for six months, the girl experienced improvements in mobility and soreness, along with a 23% and 30% reduction in curvature of the thoracic and lumbar spine, respectively.

This case highlights the benefits of chiropractic care for early scoliosis primarily because traditional medicine does not offer treatment for mild scoliosis.

The treatments and services that I have received under Dr. Chludzinski and his staff have been outstanding, and nothing short of miraculous. I no longer have to live in pain.

The office visits were very comfortable and the staff was very cooperative. I was treated for lower back pain and sciatica. The treatment did not hurt and was gentle and painless.
