Many people dismiss chiropractic as being something only for back pain, but chiropractic treatment can be used to treat a wide variety of physical issues, such as migraines and headaches, chronic pain, carpal tunnel, pain due to injury or muscle strain, and much more.

Do Push-Ups for a Strong Chest and Core

Fitness experts recommend push-ups to help strengthen the chest, shoulders, triceps, and core muscles.

To perform a proper push-up, start on all fours and position your hands slightly wider than the shoulders.

Doing a Push Up Properly in Fanwood & Scotch Plains

Place your toes on the floor, creating a straight line from the shoulders to the feet. While keeping your core muscles engaged, lower and lift your body by bending and straightening your elbows. If this is too difficult, place your knees on the floor instead of your toes.

For a more challenging workout, add an exercise ball under the hips, knees, or feet.
